We want you to love your new artwork, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy on all original artworks.
Please Note: This policy excludes frames, prints and commission artworks, which are final sale and non-refundable.
To initiate a return:1. Email us at info@alinazorkina.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
2. Repackage the piece securely in its original box and materials.
3. Ship it back to us at the provided return address.
Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Once we receive the artwork in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
